During the past year or so, faulty USPS sorting machines are returning my mail sent to USA for variety of silly reasons (Not deliverable as addressed, Insufficient address, No such number…). As it is impossible for me to open the case (USPS simply do not care) I asked USA friends to inform USPS of this problem but it still persists.
Until now I resend QSL cards at my own expense but effective immediately I will adopt following policy for my mail sent to USA:
1. OQRS envelope template is changed so mailing and sender (return) addresses are the same
2. Envelopes received direct will be mailed without my return address.
This way undelivered envelopes will not be returned to me. If QSL card is not received within reasonable time you would need to request again.
